10. BTS’s V

V’s real name is Kim TaeHyung. Pre-debut, he was given the choice of choosing between the name V, Lex and Cis. He though Lex sounded like a dog’s name and Cis sounded like sister, so he chose V. V actually doesn’t really know what he V stands for, but he liked it!

Baro’s real name is Cha SunWoo. Thinking he needed a more unique name, he was given the name Baro. Baro is short for ‘Baro SalJa’ meaning “Let’s live correctly”. As an idol of a proper lifestyle, it fit him very well!

Solar’s real name is Kim YongSun. It’s pretty old fashioned, so she took the last letter ‘Sun’, which can also mean the actual sun. Onew perfectly embodies the warm feeling that you get when hearing Onew sing, as well as the idol’s friendly and puppy-like personality!

JaeHyo was a League of Legends converter. He led many of his fans to play along with his passion of LoL through an internet broadcast, where he played against Kim HeeChul. He even competed in the celebrity LoL competition, and is currently ranked in the Platnium IV tier.

All 5 members of FT Island are religious gamers. They can often be seen at PC rooms near their studios, relieving stress the one way they know how. They are frequent guests on internet gaming broadcasts. They’ve been invited to compete against professional gaming Broadcast Jockeys many times in a 5v5 match – and their skills were acknowledged hands down.

1. Super Junior’s Kim HeeChul

Kim HeeChul can be called the King of Kings in K-Pop gaming. You can tell by how frequently he’s mentioned above just how much the idol games. He was the first K-Pop idol to be revealed as Diamond tier in LoL, and he was even invited to be a caster at League of Legend competitions. Such honor!

Irene’s not just a beauty who only gets treated as royalty. She loves to get her hands dirty to get them clean again!
