        JYP Entertainment

From a fiery stage presence to meticulously executed moves, Stray Kid's HyunJin has time and again proved himself as not only why he is part of the Stray Kids' dance line but also why he is one of the best dancers in his generation.

We're taking a look at 10 of HyunJin's best performances that showcase both his dancing prowess and powerful stage presence that captures the heart of STAYs as well as netizens.

Note: This is not a ranking

        1. 'God's Menu'

Perfectly embodying the aggressive arrogant energy of 'God's Menu', HyunJin executed the choreography with intensity and such effortlessness. This era particularly became a fan favorite because of his overwhelming stage presence and facial expressions.

        2. 'Psycho'- Red Velvet (Cover by '00s) MusicBank

HyunJin perfectly maintains the androgynous energy here as he grouped with AB6IX's DaeHwi , ASTRO's SanHa, and Golden Child's BoMin, the '00 liners, to perform an iconic cover of Red Velvet's Psycho. He executed the moves elegantly and poured out some smooth vocals as well.

        3. 'Motley Crew' by Post Malone (Cover) - Studio CHOOM

HyunJin is a complete dancing devil in this piece proving well why he was chosen as Artist of the Month for October 2021. With his natural swag and charisma, he bursts into this masterpiece of choreography doing full justice to it.

        4. 'Play With Fire' - Sam Tinnesz ft. Yacht Money (Choreography)

HyunJin burns bright like fire in this cinematic dance piece. This work is another testament to not only his beautiful choreographies but how he constantly improves and evolves them. He portrays a range of emotions from anxiety to dominance delivering a story that is a work of a true artist.

        5. 'Back Door'

Along with the debut of his eternally praised long locks, HyunJin smashed the 'Back Door' stage performances. His genuine enjoyment along with well-executed moves makes sure that 'Back Door' enters this list.

        6. SAAY - CIRCLE ft. Tish Hyman (Cover)

HyunJin performed with SF9's Chani and IZ*ONE's MinJu on Show!MusicCore. The trio each did a solo before proceeding to give a group performance. HyunJin starts off powerfully in a blindfold and then proceeds to remove it and give an all-round performance by showcasing his vocals. His powerful pops, body control, and impressive musicality are a sight to see.

        7. 'when the party's over'- Billie Eilish (Choreography)

Releasing this beautiful and passionate dance of Billie Eilish's 'when the party's over', HyunJin showed not only his grip on modern dance but also his choreography abilities. HyunJin revealed that he wanted to convey the feeling of emptiness that accompanies post a concert. Giving expression to this, he gave an emotionally charged performance that grabbed the hearts of many.

        8. 'MIROH'

'MIROH' was one of those stages that cemented his position as an idol with one of the best stage presences in his generation. A powerful song, the choreography of 'MIROH' is quite expressive and HyunJin performs it in its full essence with his expressions delivering every lyric.

        9. 'Thunderous'

Making their comeback in full glory, 'Thunderous' sees Stray Kids in their signature sound and aggressive style. HyunJin nails the extremely intricate choreography with agility and control while oozing out the king vibe of the song.

        10. 'Criminal'- SHINee's TaeMin (Cover)

Covering TaeMin is a challenge in itself and delivering it with the same efficacy and vibe, even more. But HyunJin proved just how good he is with his cover of 'Criminal' embodying perfect sharpness and fluidity.

HyunJin had no formal training in dance before becoming a trainee so it is an admirable feat that he has achieved such a great mastery in dancing through his sheer hard work and grit.
