        2. Group concepts and group name meaning

The group uploaded photos with two contrasting vibes. One set of photos featured them looking bright and innocent in a preppy daytime setting. This seems like they may do some 'high-teen' concepts that appeal mostly to teenagers.

On the other hand, they also did nighttime photos where their fashion and props got slightly edgier. This seems like the group might also try some teen-crush concepts. If you want to know more about what a 'teen crush' concept is, read this article

They have also released a logo video that has the phrase "We can meet anytime, any day, anywhere," on the final screen. The group is called bugAboo because a 'bugaboo' is defined as something that you meet that causes fear. They chose this name because they want to surprise the world by achieving success and overcoming the fear in their hearts.

        3. Hit-producer and experienced members

The group is being produced by hit-producer Ryan Jhun who has produced hit songs for groups such as NCT 127, Oh My Girl, and even famous solo artist IU.

Additionally, members ChoYeon and EunChae were actually on "PRODUCE 48" and have shown off their skills before, making many fans anticipate their debut.

Here is a video of EunChae (in the orange shirt) during her dance assessment on "PRODUCE 48".

You can also watch ChoYeon's 'Lip & Hip' performance from "PRODUCE 48" here:

Member Zin has also shown off her skills before. She appeared on SMTOWN's Karaoke mini-series in 2019 where she got to perform 'Bad Boy' by Red Velvet in front of Red Velvet's Wendy. Wendy even snapped the beat for her and bopped along to her singing.

What do you think of the bugAboo members? Are you looking forward to their debut?
