1. Park Jin and Kim DoJoo
Park Jin (Yoo JunSang) and Kim DoJoo (Oh NaRa) are longtime friends and act as pillars of support for one another. In the past, their relationship was completely platonic, as they were both in love with different people. Now in the present, the two harbor romantic feelings toward each other, yet neither have confessed their love. At times it can be infuriating to watch as Park Jin and Kim DoJoo repress their true feelings, but they still manage to have such heartwarming interactions that all frustrations toward the two simply melt away.
2. Seo Yul and Moo DeokYi
Early on in the series, we learn that Seo Yul (Hwang MinHyun) and Moo DeokYi (Jung SoMin) met each other during their childhood. It was then that their love story began and where their fond memories of each other were formed. Despite Moo DeokYi's heart leaning elsewhere, Seo Yul continues to remain steadfast and true to his feelings toward his first love. With all the sweet scenes between this couple, we can't help but imagine there's a world where these two end up together.
3. Kim DoJoo and Master Lee
Although Master Lee (Lee ChulSoo) achieved his mighty skills through intense training and years worth of chastity, that does not stop him from being charmed by Kim DoJoo. At first, he tried to deny his feelings but Master Lee soon gave in. Since then, he's made various attempts to express his affection through gifts and spending time with Maidservant Kim. With the appearance of this love line, Park Jin and Master Lee have become rivals. Now, all we can do is wait and see which couple emerges from this entertaining love triangle.
4. Park DangGu and Jin ChoYeon
This couple might have started as a ruse to prevent the people of Songrim from talking about another broken engagement, but Park DangGu (Yoo InSoo) and Jin ChoYeon (OH MY GIRL's Arin) eventually develop romantic feelings for each other. DangGu even confesses that he's liked ChoYeon for a while, but only recently was he able to gather the courage to act on his feelings. These two bring the thrill of forbidden romance, akin to Romeo and Juliet, while giving off the fresh, heart fluttering atmosphere that only comes with sweet, innocent love.
5. Jang Wook and Moo DeokYi
This list would not be complete without the main love line of the series, Jang Wook (Lee JaeWook) and Moo DeokYi. These two have shown amazing chemistry as they navigate the multiple roles of master, servant, student, and more. Through the series, they've become essential to each other's growth, and are now a source of comfort and support for one another. And if a kiss did not make it obvious enough, their actions and even cute bickering show just how much their feelings have grown. We can't wait to see how their relationship continues to evolve in future episodes.
