After walking a new path in their career by merging with ATBO for the reality show “Road to Kingdom: Ace of Ace” JUST B parted ways with the venture and returns in the early days of 2025 with ‘Still I Luv You,’ their brand-new single. A firm declaration to their fans that their love for them continues strong. Here are the five reasons why you should listen to this much-anticipated comeback.

The group, which debuted in 2021, consistently seeks new challenges to grow their career, such as embarking on international tours. This has allowed them to gain strength worldwide and enjoy great acceptance in Latin America.

This time, the group opted to continue in the rock genre with their new single ‘Still I Luv You,’ a song marking their return as JUST B after participating in the reality show “Road to Kingdom: Ace of Ace” merging with the group ATBO, creating The CrewOne, which placed fifth in the competition.

With their original lineup formed by GeonU, Bain, Lim JiMin, SiWoo, DY, and SangWoo, JUST B has found a solid fanbase that has allowed them to evolve in different aspects, especially in their use of sounds ranging from ballads to pop, hip-hop, and rock.

On December 19th, JUST B teased fans with their comeback titled ‘Still I Luv You’ and initially announced its release for December 31, 2024, as a New Year’s gift. However, due to national mourning in Korea, it was postponed to January 5, 2025.

The first teaser image announcing the digital single ‘Still I Luv You’ included the phrase, “I guess I still love you. You couldn’t leave me behind, could you? I know you.” The first teaser was a photo of the group burning—perhaps a reference to maintaining ONLY B’s loyalty and affection.

Subsequently, we saw the six members of JUST B dressed in black-and-white suits with somber makeup, adorned with black roses.

Facing one of the first K-Pop releases of 2025 and following a period of transformations for JUST B, here are five reasons you should listen to ‘Still I Luv You.’

1. A More Mature JUST B

The teaser images have revealed a much more mature JUST B. After competing in the reality show “Road to Kingdom: Ace of Ace,” the concept of “Still I Luv You” could be the first glimpse of the new face JUST B wants to present to their fans.

In this new release members DY, GeonU and SangWoo wrote the track alongside Lee YeJun and it exhibits how the JUST B members perceive love and care even when someone doesn’t feel like deserving it with all the mishaps that, as a person, they has but still, their loved one care for them and understands that no one is perfect. These deep lyrics show growth that the members of the group have had in the past months.

2. A New Genre For JUST B

In 2023, they released ‘MBTI’ in collaboration with soloist AleXa, followed by ‘Camellia’, a soft-toned track that contrasts with their next release called ‘Daddy’s Girl’ in 2024. These three previous releases are very different from each other: ‘MBTI’ is a pop song about a couple exploring the similarities between their personality types and how to harmonize them, ‘Camellia’ is a ballad that highlights JUST B members vocals that while ‘Daddy’s Girl’ is a pop-rock single about a protagonist who feels they don’t meet the expectations of the person they love.

In ‘Still I Luv You,’ the message is clear: regardless of time or circumstances leading to separation, the protagonists of the song cannot forget a person who left a lasting impact.

3. It’s Their First Comeback After Participating in “Road to Kingdom: Ace of Ace”

With an independent single released in May 2024, JUST B continued exploring rock, as they had in ‘MEDUSA,’ the lead single from their mini-album “÷ (Nanugi)”.

The promos for this single suggest that the group continues in the rock trend, which has been prominent in recent months in K-Pop, as seen with Rosé and Bruno Mars’s single ‘APT’ or EPEX’s latest comeback ‘UNIVERSE.’

‘Still I Luv You’ continues exploring their pop-rock side with strong lyrics written by JUST B members.

4. JUST B brings a darker aura for their comeback

JUST B’s attitude has been quite playful and colorful, even in their most quieter singles, color is something that has defined the six member group.

For this new single, as the group enters a new era, the teaser photos showed the group in suit and tie, black and white outfits that matched with the black roses that adorned the pictures.

Also, the members relied on a darker make-up that resembles of black eyes and bruises, also giving them a “tired” look, something different for the group and yet stands out from their previous releases.

5. A New Song… A New Tour

During their last visit to the United States and Latin America with the “Just Be With You” tour, the group demonstrated their affection for ONLY B. They even mentioned plans in March 2024 to revisit Latin America and the US in November, though this second 2024 tour did not materialize. A new world tour for the group in 2025 remains a possibility with their newest release track.
