On October 2, 2021, Star News revealed via an exclusive report that NCT's JaeHyun has been confirmed for the leading role of Im HyunBin in the upcoming drama "Bungee Jumping Of Their Own". SM Entertainment also confirmed the happy news, making fans elated about the fact that Actor JaeHyun was finally going to debut!

"Bungee Jumping Of Their Own" was originally a film, released in 2011, which is now getting an OTT drama remake. The film stars Lee ByungHun as Seo InWoo, Lee EunJu as In TaeHee, and Yeo HyunSoo as Im HyunBin. JaeHyun will be fulfilling the character originally played by Yeo HyunSoo. The series will have 16 episodes of 25 minutes each and it will be a Kakao TV original production. The rest of the cast has not been confirmed yet. What made this announcement even more exciting was the fact that this would be his first acting project after "Dear.M" fell through and would signal JaeHyun's acting debut after much adversity.
