Alleged Burning Sun Assault Victim Kim SangGyo May Not Be Innocent After All
Kim SangGyo, the man who claimed that he was beaten by the staff members of club Burning Sun for trying to help a woman who was being sexually assaulted has been under investigation by the South Korean authorities for sexual assault.
Two women originally accused him of sexual assault, but an additional third charge has been brought up against him after CCTV footages recovered by the police seemed to indicate he was attempting to repeat his offense.
Kim SangGyo has denied that he is the culprit in the past and even claimed that the police beat him inside the police car and also at the police station as well. CCTV footages inside the police station showed that the police were cleaning up blood off the floor, which seemed to indicate some sort of physical altercation was present. His mother was also seen being dragged outside by policemen when attempting to record video clips with her phone.
Until investigations fully disclose the facts, Kim SangGyo’s innocence remains questionable at the moment with additional potential evidence surfacing.
