People keep mistaken this drama as a historical drama for human beings. it is not, it is telling a story of a fictional land called Arth. So the development of clothes, brunze and everything on it doesno't compared to the real life land, even the 'SARAM' in the drama doesn't mean human.

It's actually tausog dialect.
The part where the deojumsaeng ask for food or water he actually speak tausog on that part.
And one of the wahan tribe translate it.
I understand some of the words he say.
Specifically the "Pagkaon, paginom tubig part"..

Yes, it's a real Filipino dialect used by the captured slaves/dujumsaengs but not what the neathals are speaking.

Tausug - it is a Filipino language. It's pretty much a mix of Indonesian, Malaysian and bisaya ish but it's called Tausug. It's only used in certain parts of the Philippines. It is widely spoken in the Sulu Archipelago, Zamboanga Peninsula, Southern Palawan, Malaysia and Indonesia.
