Note: This is not a ranking. It contains mild spoilers.

        1. "The King: Eternal Monarch"

Lee MinHo and Kim GoEun in "The King: Eternal Monarch" (2020) had one of the most iconic and romantic horse riding scenes in K-Drama history. The outfits, the snow, the acting, and Maximus (the white horse) made this scene unforgettable for many. Notice how Lee Gon (Lee MinHo) softly secured his lady with one arm while using the other for the reins.

        2. "Joseon Attorney: A Morality"

In "Joseon Attorney: A Morality" (2023), YeonJoo (WJSN's Bona) was the first to reach out to HanSoo (Woo DoHwan) for a romantic ride, which was a refreshing twist. Traditionally it is the male character who takes the female character on the saddle, but in that case, YeonJoo made the first move. Later on, as they rode along the beach, illuminated by the shimmering waves, she fell asleep, and he gently held her hand.

        3. "Grand Prince"

In "Grand Prince" (2018), Lee Hwi (Yoon ShiYoon) taught Sung JaHyun (Jin SeYeon) how to ride a horse. Trusting each other, she allowed him to take her on a ride. In the midst of the wilderness, the couple shares a tender moment, exchanging loving smiles as a lovey-dovey couple.

        4. "Lovers of the Red Sky"

This horse riding scene in "Lovers of the Red Sky" is truly poetic with its beautiful cinematography. Ahn HyoSeop and Kim YouJung embarked for a special date by a lake. This scene holds a unique perspective as it is perceived through the eyes of HaRam (Ahn HyoSeop), who has lost his sight. The focus is on the surrounding elements, representing his feelings and hearings visually.

        5. "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo"

Viewers of "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" (2016) would definitely include the drama's horse riding scenes with Lee JoonGi and IU in this list. This legendary couple's rides are filled with diverse tensions accentuated by the contrasting colors of the outfits.

        6. "Ruler: Master of the Mask"

In "Ruler: Master of the Mask" (2017), Yoo SeungHo and Kim SoHyun delivered a lot of impressive acrobatics and breathtaking horse riding scenes. Among them, one was particularly dangerous as arrows were sent in their direction. Lee Sun (Yoo SeungHo) quickly fetched Han GaEun (Kim SoHyun) on his horse to leave the danger. It was a nerve-wracking yet romantic moment, overflowing with chemistry.

        7. "Cinderella and the Four Knights"
