BTS are arguably the biggest K-Pop idol group to ever exist in history, but their journey to superstardom wasn’t planned, it was just destiny.
And group member Suga, known to be the sassiest and most direct, actually stated before in the past that he never started out with the intentions of being a world famous K-Pop idol.
Most ARMY would remember an episode of ‘Rookie King Channel BTS’ in 2013, when Suga revealed that he was actually tricked in to joining Big Hit Entertainment. And most ARMY would also know that Suga’s interest lied pretty much exclusively in producing music and writing lyrics.
Suga stated that many years ago, someone “blatantly lied” to him when he made the decision to join Big Hit Entertainment. So who exactly “lied” to Suga?
None other than the clever and talented founder of Big Hit Entertainment and producer of BTS, Bang SiHyuk.
Bang SiHyuk let out an embarrassing chuckle and didn’t know how to react.
According to Suga, Bang SiHyuk told him that he would not have to dance much and could focus on writing lyrics and composing music.
BTS’s performance consists of a lot, and we mean a lot of complicated and difficult choreography. Clearly, Suga didn’t sign up for it but ended up having to dance anyway.
Suga also went on a hilarious rant about how Bang SiHyuk tricked him many years ago in to signing a contract while making him think that there wouldn’t be much dancing involved.
“Of all the choreography on broadcast, ours is the most difficult!!!”
