Court Declares Sentencing For Rapper Black Nut In Defamation Case
Rapper Black Nut, who was being charged for defamation for saying sexually explicit and derogatory things against rapper Kitti B received his sentencing on January 10th.
The court sentenced him to two years of probation, while also giving him potential jail time should he repeat the offense again during his probation. In addition to this, the rapper was also ordered to serve a total of 160 hours of community service as well.
In regards to his offense, the court stated
“The defendant continuously mocked and slandered the victim. We have not been convinced that he is remorseful for his actions throughout the course of the trial. Even after considering the characteristics of hip-hop music, his behavior and vulgar language cannot be justified.”
