According to South Korean news agency Segye, Dispatch actually delayed the release of the dating news regarding former Wanna One member Kang Daniel and TWICE member JiHyo for two weeks.
Segye’s reports stated that Dispatch confirmed to Section TV that they delayed the news out of consideration for Kang Daniel’s solo album release ‘Color On Me’.
“Dispatch stated that in consideration of Kang Daniel’s solo debut album release, it is true that they delayed releasing the news to Section TV.”
In addition, Dispatch also were planning on releasing the news on August 1st, but delayed again since Kang Daniel had a fan meeting that day.
So how do netizens feel about this? Are they thinking:
“Well, isn’t that nice of Dispatch? They thought of Kang Daniel’s career and decided to wait until he released his first solo debut album before releasing the news of him dating JiHyo!”
Not exactly. Many netizens have been leaving criticizing comments. Some have also been calling Dispatch criminals who are illegally filming and taking photos without consent. You can read them below.
“You guys are illegally taking photos and videos, in the name of journalism, and pretending to be the good guys.”
“Shouldn’t you guys be arrested for secretly filming? Where did you guys get those sources?”
“Isn’t this in the end a crime? Why are they allowed to secretly take photos of people.”
