EXO's Kai Reveals How He Spent His Mother's 60th Birthday In "Mission Ellepossible" With "Elle Korea"

The latest guest on Elle Korea's popular segment "Mission Ellepossible" was EXO's Kai! Through an incredibly entertaining episode, full of twists and turns, we learn a lot more about Kai than ever before.

For instance, it is here that we first learn that Kai would like to do a commercial film for a coffee brand because it is his mother's wish! Not only is it adorable that he would like to fulfill his mother's wish but it also made us aware that we indeed need to see Kai advertising coffee! To top it all off, he even gave us a sneak peak of what such a CF would be like by pretending to model for "Elle Coffee".

Next, Kai gave us a personalized morning call but in a mom version and a romantic version! As much as we love the romantic version, we have to say that the mom version is simply superior. Kai also revealed that the thing his brain is mostly occupied with lately is preparing for his new album! However, his immediate goal is to win against SHINee's MinHo in badminton!

When asked to compliment himself, Kai shared a touching story about how filial he is as a son. For his mother's 60th birthday, he prepared a small event in lieu of a bigger one owing to COVID-19 restrictions. For the event, he brought her a gift she wanted, a huge birthday placard, a cake, and dinner that he made himself! If that's not the perfect son, we don't know who is. Being able to fulfill his filial duty is what he is the proudest about.
