EXO-L’s Fire Back At TIME Magazine About Olympics Stage Outfit Article
If there’s a K-Pop group that you should think twice before saying anything even slightly offensive about, it’s EXO.
It’s not just South Korea but also the international online community that may very well be aware of this. EXO-L‘s, EXO’s fanbase is arguably one of the most passionate and largest K-Pop fanbases to ever exist. They love their idols to the death and will do anything to defend their idols’ honor.
TIME news magazine was recently under fire from EXO-L’s after an article about the custom Gucci tuxes worn by EXO members during their Olympics closing ceremony performance. The article contained an argument between netizens who said that the outfit reminded them of the iconic Colonel Sanders of KFC EXO-L’s.
Needless to say, EXO-L’s were immediately triggered and began doing what they do best.
EXO members definitely look hot, young, and stylish. But what is your take on the situation? Did TIME magazine needlessly cover the incident? Or were they just playfully poking fun at EXO? Share with us your opinion in the comment section below!
