In the musical "The Man Who Laughs", SuHo acts as the main character, the mutilated Gwynplaine, that lives a tragic life because of his deform mouth that has a constant smile.

"The Man Who Laughs" is a novel written by French author Victor Hugo and first published in 1869. The story got popular and adapted in several movies. This time in 2018, it is adapted in a Korean musical.

SuHo shows great performing skills and captivated the audience with his acting and singing. He received great applause from the public.

For this musical, SuHo took the time from his busy schedule for action training, stage acting, musicals singing and others. He spends much efforts to acquire all the skills needed for the role of Gwynplaine.

The role of Gwynplaine is also acted by Park HyoShin and Park KangHyun.

The musical will be shown at the Opera Theather at Seoul Arts Center until August 26th. Then, from September 5th to October 28th, it will be shown at the Blue Square Interpark Hall.
