On online communities, NCT 2018's 'Black on Black' choreography is an hot topic.
NCT 2018 released the performance video of 'Black on Black' on April 18th and is performing with the song on various programs. Fans commented that the dance was cool and spectacular. Some also have opposite opinions. The issue noticed by netizens is related to this pose.
All the members are awesomely forming a kind of human tower with three members on the top. Viewers are stunned by it. However, fans noticed an issue! On the floor, supporting the human tower is JaeMin, more precisely Mark steps on his back (one foot).
The boy was diagnosed with a herniated disc from long time ago. He had to take various breaks because of it such as for the Mnet Asia Music Awards (MAMA) in 2nd December 2016. Also for "The First" promotion in 2017, the idol had to take a break of around one year to receive more treatment.
Fans are then saying how could someone weak in that part of the body be asked to pull off that choreography in that position and hold for 5-9 seconds.
JaeMin recently said that his herniated disc got better but fans worry that the choreography worsened his pain. Others commented that they saw him frowned after that figure. Some fans are asking to change a bit the choreography to relieve him.
