Netizens had compiled the 1st week album sales of every female K-Pop groups and they noticed something rather surprising!
The 1st week album sales record was not broken until this month's comebacks by IZ*ONE, BLACKPINK and TWICE.
According to a blogger on Naver, it was recorded that TWICE has broken their previous record for their 1st full length album "twicetagram" back in October 2017. Fans purchased around 151,000 albums on the 1st week that "FANCY YOU" was released!
The next girl group with the 2nd highest sales for the 1st week is none other than BLACKPINK. They had sold around 146,000 copies of their 2nd mini album "KILL THIS LOVE".
Finally, IZ*ONE took the 3rd place with around 132,100 copies of their 2nd mini album "HEART*IZ".
It looks like K-Pop groups would only to continue to break their own records!
