Japanese TWICE Fan Describes How She Behaved Like A Sasaeng Without Realizing It
What’s the difference between a true K-Pop idol group fan and a sasaeng fan?
They both scream and go crazy when they see their favorite idols, so how do you tell them apart? For starters, invasion of privacy isn’t something that a true fan would do, right?
The confession that a Japanese TWICE fan recently uploaded on social media talked about how she herself behaved like a sasaeng without realizing it.
I wanted to translate this, it is a story told by a Japanese fan who went to Kansai International Airport to meet NaMoSa. I hope that people will read it and think about it. They are people, who should be respected and left to lead their own lives. Please consider them. #TWICE pic.twitter.com/D3rpNwQbUA

Upon discovering that NaYeon, Momo and Sana would be in an airport in Japan, the TWICE fan headed over to the airport just to cheer them and show support, while also feeling uneasy about going since the TWICE members were not on an official schedule to meet with fans.
But upon arriving at the airport, she saw that it wasn’t just her but several other fans waiting for the TWICE members at the airport.
NaYeon, Momo, and Sana actually looked quite unpleasantly surprised by so many fans going hectic and taking photos of them. This caused the TWICE fan to come to a realization that behaving this way doesn’t differentiate herself from sasaengs and was actually quite hypocritical.
Many fans have been reading about it and spreading the word lately.
