Becoming a K-Pop idol wasn't an easy and fast process for JooE of MOMOLAND.

During a recent interview with KPOP IDOL OLYMPIC, JooE shared details of how she was able to get to where she is today as well some interesting behind stories of their hit song 'Bboom Bboom'.

So first things first.

JooE stated that she tried out in about fifty auditions, all of which she wasn't able to pass.

If going through fifty auditions and not being signed yet having the passion and will to keep trying isn't dedication, then we don't know what is.

So most fans would also know that when the members of MOMOLAND first heard the demo of 'Bboom Bboom', they were literally in tears and shock, as they all hated it.

She talked about how fellow group member Nancy and she literally grabbed their boss and got him into a car, then started crying saying that they couldn't promote with a song like 'Bboom Bboom'.

Of course, things worked out completely different from what the group members wanted as everyone would know.

'Bboom Bboom' went on to become one of the biggest K-Pop hit songs in recent times, and it's quite interesting to see how a song that the girl group members initially were traumatized by ended up becoming a smash success.
