It is located in the region of Pyeongchang in the North East of Korea. You've probably heard about the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games which were held in the surroundings.
The scene was filmed in the windmills located in the Cheongoksan mountains in Gangwondo. The place is called Yukbaekmajigi (in Korean "평창 청옥산 육백마지기"). On YouTube, there are numerous videos on the location. Copy-paste the Korean words [평창 청옥산 육백마지기] and you will have plenty of choices with drones or on foot footages.
Here is one of the drone footage.
Here is the exact location of the place.
The location is popular and is pretty during all the seasons.
