Stay ahead of the trend with the latest makeup sensations that all the K-Pop girls will be raving about this Fall!
With Autumn just around the bend, only one thing is on the mind of our Korean makeup gurus: what’s the latest hot trend in K-Pop? OnStyle’s Get It Beauty did all the research for you and found the top 3 makeup trends that will be hitting featured on our favorite idols this fall.
Learn the top 3 trends for Fall 2016 and get on the same level as your favorite K-Pop idols!
1. Glittery Eyes
The first Fall 2016 trend you need to know are glittery eyes! OnStyle showed us an example featuring actual glittery confetti surrounding the eye, but… It looks awesome in photoshoots and performance stages, but it may seem a little over the top for everyday use. That’s why we collected some of the best glitter-textured eye shadows that best reflect the glitter confetti trend!
Tony Moly’s Eyetone Single Shadow (Glitter Type) is perfect for those who are looking for a calmer look, but for those who dare to go all out – check out Aritaum’s Shine Fix Eyes for maximum glitter effect! Etude House’s Bling Bling Eye Stick is an easy to apply glitter shadow that is as budget friendly as it is easy to use.
2. Dark Blood Lips
The second must-know trend are dark bloody lips. Instead of the neon pink lips that trended during the summer, K-Pop idols will be looking dark and mysterious in black tinted lips. Mind you, they call it black lips, but it’s really a dark shade of blood red.
Tony Moly’s Kiss Lover Style S (Soft Type) goes on smooth, full and dark. Mamonde’s Creamy Tint Color Balm Light are perfect for those who are not-ready-for-all-out-lips, but wanting to dive into the trend. Etude House’s Play 101 Blending Pencil is mostly used to contour your lips, but it also looks absolutely amazing for a matte finish on your black blood lips.
3. Moonlight Reflected Face
The 3rd Fall 2016 trend is none other than white, glowing faces that resemble a bright full-moon during the darkest of nights. Korean beauty professionals have been going crazy with highlighters to create this ethereal look for our idols. Bright pale faces have always been a trend, but Fall 2016 will be kicking it up a notch with highlighting and glittery foundation.
If you’re looking for that bright blush to complete your moonlight look, Tony Moly’s Luminous Goddess Aura Crystal Light is perfect. It combines the blush tint with shiny highlighter effects for that perfect moonlight glow. Aritaum’s Real Ampoule Highlighter is easy to glide on, but offers just the right amount of highlighting glow. Etude House’s Face Designing Brightener is our budget friendly option that you can powder onto your face as easy as 1, 2, 3.
