SEVENTEEN's SeungKwan has nothing but praise for junior group TWS. Here's a few reasons why he thinks you should add them to your K-Pop playlist.
Dyllan Mykel, Kpopmap EditorThere's no doubt SEVENTEEN has grown into staple names in the K-Pop industry. Whether they're participating in group promotions, unit activities, or solo schedules, they exude a diamond-like shine that's reflected in everything they do. Most recently, SEVENTEEN's SeungKwan participated in a solo collaboration with Marie Claire Korea.
Together with the fashion magazine, the reenergizing variety genius shot a number of different pictorials that looked absolutely fabulous. On top of breathtaking photographs, he also sat down to film some content for Marie Claire Korea's YouTube channel. During the "Gyul-terview", he spoke about a variety of different topics from which group members he finds cute to skincare recommendations. The idol even dished on music recommendations: namely, SEVENTEEN's junior group, TWS.
SeungKwan had nothing but praise for the rookies. Check out the reasons why he recommended them for anyone's K-Pop playlist.
After SEVENTEEN's debut in 2015, Pledis Entertainment focused their attention on promoting the artists they had in the moment. However, about 9 years later, they finally decided to introduce TWS to the world. With such notable seniors in the company, they had big shoes to fill coming into the ever-growing K-Pop scene. The fact that they were Pledis' new boy group in such a long time created the hype necessary for all eyes to focus directly on them. This certainly played some part in the rookies' successful debut.
One of the qualities SeungKwan mentions about his hoobaes are their refreshing vibes. Looking at them, he's reminded of SEVENTEEN from the past, innocent and bright-eyed, ready to take on the K-Pop world. Seeing this radiate from TWS makes you want to cheer for the boy group for many years to come.
TWS have been sweeping the charts with the track 'plot twist' and show no signs of slowing down. When they take the stage, they're filled with such reinvigorating energy that you can't help but dance along with them. Even in content like it's Live, you can clearly see the charms of each member as they effortlessly have fun on stage. Then, while watching vlogs and behind-the-scenes footage, you'll naturally find a smile spread right across your face.
Are you like SeungKwan and do you have TWS on your K-Pop playlist?
