A pack of wolves has always been an attractive concept to use for K-Pop idols. It has been done before by a first generation group and has been revived once again by a recent boy band as well.
The wolf concept also makes much more sense if we consider the fact that the South Korean society is generally based on collectivism rather than individualism. Wolves move in packs and operate as a group, the same way in which the general Korean society functions. Here are three K-Pop groups that took the role of wolves.
H.O.T (Wolf & Sheep - 1997)
EXO (Wolf - 2013)
TRCNG (Wolf Baby - 2018)
