The man who sent AOA member SeolHyun sexually explicit messages on Instagram recently received a two year probation sentence from a South Korean court.

And according to South Korean news agencies, the man was also revealed to be suffering from a schizoaffective disorder. It has also been reported that the judge’s ruling took into account of the culprit’s mental health condition.

This is one of the two legal measures that FNC Entertainment has taken recently to ensure the culprits responsible for sexually harassing SeolHyun receives their due punishment. Two other men, unrelated to the recent case, who are responsible for spreading the photoshopped photos of SeolHyun online, are currently awaiting their verdicts.
