Mnet will be returning with a season 2 of "Queendom"!
On Feb. 13, it was announced by Mnet that they are still discussing if the 2nd season would consist of female or male idols. Nothing is confirmed but there is also a chance that "Kingdom" might be happening.
Previously on Oct. 31, 2019, the 6 girl groups which appeared on "Queendom", AOA, MAMAMOO, Lovelyz, Park Bom, OH MY GIRLand (G)I-DLEhad charmed viewers with their ability to pull off different genres and styles of music.
At the end of the show, each group was also able to release a new single, competing for the winning title.
Earlier back in November 2019, the producer for "Queendom" had also shared with Korean media that there was a high chance for the 2nd season of "Queendom".
Currently, Mnet mentioned that they are asking for opinions about the 2nd season as they have to consider many aspects especially if they were to recruit male idols.
