Mnet has once again amazed viewers with their creativity in coming up with various survival shows.
On July 3, it was reported by Korean media outlet, E Daily that Mnet will be launching a new survival program called "Queendom".
Mnet will be casting 6 different female K-Pop girl groups onto the show and through various head-to-head contests with one another, the winning group will be known as the 'Queen'. All 6 female K-Pop groups will be coming back simultaneously, making "Queendom" about a comeback survival show.
It was also revealed that the filming for "Queedom" will begin at the end of July and expect to premiere around the end of August. It is also aiming for broadcast every Thursday, 9 pm KST.
Currently, Jang SungKyu and Lee DaHee are in talks for becoming the MCs for the show.
