It is always sad for K-Pop idols' fans to hear and be the witness of racism and ignorance about idols. In news, it happened at several times that one group's picture is not the right one or the group is belittled on shows, receives racist comments, is wrongly covered by local news, etc.
NCT fans have already been through some of these. Back in October, fans would remember the comment Mark had from the host of Fox (for example). This time a new event happened and that upset NCT 127 and EXO's Lay fans.
Racism or a lack of professionalism, you will be the judge of it.
On Feb. 22, the hosts of the show "KISSFM" were airing the song 'Let's shut up and dance' by Jason Derulo, Lay and NCT 127 - it is a tribute song for Michael Jackson. KISSFM mistakenly confused NCT 127 with BTS and when they realized it, commented that they were “some random Asian boys dancing” without even mentioning the group name. Later on the show, the hosts called them wrongly "NC 127".

Fans are trending the hashtag #KISSFM_APOLOGIZE and express their anger on Twitter. Here are some of their comments.
The station has yet to say anything, a fan says that they will mention the issue on Monday show. To this, some fans said that it is a bit far in time to apologize on Monday.
What do you think? Is it a lack of professionalism or racism? Does KISSFM need to apologize?
