NCTzen Demands SM Entertainment To Treat Artist Properly Due To Recent Incident Involving RenJun
SM Entertainment has gotten themselves into a hot situation after NCTzen noticed that member RenJun was supposedly left behind alone in the rain without an umbrella after SBS “Inkigayo” on July 28.
Through a video taken by a fan uploaded on various online communities below, RenJun seemed confused and lost as he was alone.
YESTERDAY I THOUGHT SOMEONE JUST CALLED OR SOMETHING NOW THAT I UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION, THE LOOK ON RENJUN'S FACE SAYS IT ALL LIKE WTH SM HOW CAN YOU LET HIM GO AROUND FINDING A CAR WITHOUT THE OTHER MEMBERS, WITHOUT UMBRELLA OR JACKET IN A RAINY DAY!!!#SM_아티스트대우_개선해 pic.twitter.com/jfzlk660XH

During the video, RenJun was also seen taking out his phone to call the manager as he was not sure where he should be heading to.
Luckily, he managed to find the car eventually and board it safely while waving to his fans.

However, fans who were present were furious by the treatment of the female staff towards RenJun as she could have allowed RenJun to board the car first before her. Dangerous situations such as sasaeng fans gathering around RenJun could have happened.
They began to trend the hashtag #SM_아티스트대우_개선해 which translates to asking SM Entertainment to respect and treat their artists properly.
It has garnered over 604,000 tweets and fans are also showing their displease by unsubscribing from SMTOWN official YouTube channel.
In just one refresh button, Kpopmap also noticed that SMTOWN YouTube subscribers had dropped from 19,571,466 to 19,571,413 as of July 29, 4:30 PM KST.
As of now, there has not been any official release or statement from SM Entertainment.
What do you think it is going to happen?
