SM Entertainment has gotten themselves into a hot situation after NCTzen noticed that member RenJun was supposedly left behind alone in the rain without an umbrella after SBS "Inkigayo" on July 28.

The incident happened when a staff from SM Entertainment were seen boarding a car with fellow members Jeno and Chenle without RenJun. It was said that there were 2 cars for NCT DREAM.

During the video, RenJun was also seen taking out his phone to call the manager as he was not sure where he should be heading to.

Luckily, he managed to find the car eventually and board it safely while waving to his fans.

However, fans who were present were furious by the treatment of the female staff towards RenJun as she could have allowed RenJun to board the car first before her. Dangerous situations such as sasaeng fans gathering around RenJun could have happened.

They began to trend the hashtag #SM_아티스트대우_개선해 which translates to asking SM Entertainment to respect and treat their artists properly.
