The news of X1disbanding came as a shock to many fans, ONE IT on Jan. 6 as the announcement took place abruptly. Previously, it was reported by various media outlets that they will be continuing their activities as a group.
With that being said, many were upset and disappointed at the result. Some also began to speculate the possible future activities of the members since it would be hard for them to continue promoting as a group.
On Nate Pann, one netizen shared his or her views on it.

First, he or she shared that Kim YoHan would probably debut as a boy group with other "Produce X 101" trainees from his company, OUI Entertainment. Kim WooSeok would probably return as a member of UP10TIONor debut as a duet with Lee JinHyuk.
As for Han SeungWoo, he or she felt that he would definitely return to VICTON. Son DongPyo's case is slightly different as the netizen does not think that DSP Media will debut a new boy group any time soon and perhaps he will return as a trainee.

Cho SeungYoun would probably debut as a solo artist. The netizen also hoped that MBK Entertainment will not send Nam DoHyon on any more audition program and debut as a duet with Lee HanGyul. Cha JunHo would probably debut together with the rest of Woollim trainees some time later.
As for Song HyeongJun and Kang MinHee, they would probably debut as a boy group with the remaining trainees in Starship Entertainment. Since Brand New Music had only just debuted AB6IX some time ago, he or she felt that rather than a debut, Lee EunSang would probably promote as an unit with the Brand New Music trainees.
