        The breaking news had shaken the K-Pop community and fans were worried sick about him. However, it was later reported by his agency that they were checking with him about the sudden news and will comment once confirmed.

        Later, JaeJoong had edited the text on his Instagram post and mentioned that he was trying to spread the awareness of COVID-19 and he was actually not infected with the coronavirus.

        Putting aside the fortunate news that JaeJoong was not infected, netizens were angry that he had made it into a joke since it was not the period to be saying something like this.
