KBS, a public broadcasting station in South Korea, is quite serious when it comes to regulations and criteria of the contents they choose to televise.
Which is why it is such a shame that BLACKPINK's 'KILL THIS LOVE', one of the hottest tracks of 2019, has been deemed unfit for broadcasting.
While the exact reasons for why it has been turned down by KBS hasn't been officially revealed, fans are speculating that it is most likely because Rose wasn't wearing a seatbelt in the MV for 'KILL THIS LOVE', during her driving scene.
Section 4 in the photo above states that BLACKPINK's 'KILL THIS LOVE' violates the traffic laws of South Korea.
"It's a public broadcasting station...ok we admit that this is reasonable."
"Hilarious lol but it's true, seatbelts are important lol"
"I thought it was because of murder lol seatbelt"
"Ok, so she didn't wear a seat belt. Reasonable"
"You should wear your seatbelt lol"
