Approximately after ninety minutes through the flight, an eight year old referred to as Choi, began to have a seizure while also suffering from a high fever.
Fortunately for the child, a doctor happened to be on board the same flight but did not speak Korean. Thankfully, Aron being bilingual, rushed to everyone’s aid and made sure that the child, the mother and the doctor communicated clearly.
Eventually, the flight changed course to Anchorage, Alaska, where the child was rushed to a hospital to receive treatment.
And we couldn’t be more proud of the fact that Aron was part of the heroic group of people who helped save a child’s life.
Below is a picture that Choi drew for everyone.
