Not too long ago, fashion brand Paris 99 accused SM Entertainment of plagiarizing the brand’s designs for Red Velvet’s comeback visual concept.

Paris 99 previously stated:

“No one on the team @smtown ever reached out to collaborate on designs, which I would have loved to participate in..”, while also letting Reveluv know that her frustration was directed at SM Entertainment and not at the girl group themselves.

And it turns out that everything has been sorted out.

The fashion brand recently announced to netizens that both parties have come to an amicable agreement.

Why are they still calling it Plagiarism….there is absolutely NO SUCH THING in the fashion business it doesn’t exist,its the same for copyrights they don’t exist in fashion either…
The only legal recourse you have in the fashion industry is if someone copies your TRADEMARK especially if their using it to sell items as the “real” thing…
