Kpopmap had the opportunity to join actor Park SeoJoon's fan meeting in Singapore. Here's the recap.
The actor has currently been touring around the Phillippines, Malaysia, and Singapore to reach out to fans. He shared photos from dramas he appeared in such as 'Dream High 2' and 'Kill Me Heal Me'. He has expressed immense gratitude for the support his fans have shown him and promised to work harder when he returns to South Korea.
When asked if he prefers to be a leader his response was "I prefer to be a leader rather than being led." He has expressed that in many circumstances, he worked with younger colleagues and naturally felt he had the responsibility to try and be more active when working. And because he had the leading part in movies and dramas, he felt even more obligated to work harder as a leader. Additionally, when asked how he prepares for kissing scenes, he replied saying that there wasn't anything in particular except focusing on how to bring out the best results as possible, meaning that his work ethic helps him to concentrate on what needs to be done and filter out emotions or thoughts that might distract him from working.
He has also revealed that prior to becoming an actor, his dream was to become a professional baseball player. He enjoyed watching baseball and thought that it wouldn't be a bad idea to try. When asked if he still plays baseball he replied saying he doesn't because he is no longer in his optimal physical condition.
The actor even held a mini-concert for his fans as well. His gesture of singing for his fans was genuinely sweet and fans were more than delighted to see their beloved actor perform for them.
We were deeply moved by his presence and sincerely hope to see Park SeoJoon in more K-Dramas and films in the near future.
