According to reports from South Korean news agencies, producer Kush, who was part of YG Entertainment's sub label THE BLACK LABEL, parted ways with YG Entertainment on February 19th.

It has been reported that the former YG producer left in order to establish his own label.

Kush is most well-known for co-writing 2NE1's 'I Don't Care' and  Zion T.'s 'Yanghwa Bridge'. In addition, he ran into a bit of trouble back in 2017 after being involved in a cocaine controversy, causing him to stay out of the spotlight afterwards.

At the moment, the name of his upcoming label has not been revealed.
