Dino will be attending his high school graduation ceremony today to receive his diploma. Due to promotional activities, he was not able to attend often, but he will be attending the event to greet friends and thank his teachers.
With Dino graduating, all 13 members of SEVENTEEN have now become adults. A more mature side can be expected from SEVENTEEN, who are preparing for new activities this year.
SEVENTEEN will be holding first fan meeting on 10th-12th in Jamsil Indoors Gymnasium.
After all the love they received for their last album, the pressure was on for the next album. They also had to compose and create the choreography themselves, adding onto the stress and concerns about the album.
“We placed first on Thursday, and we also placed #1 for the first time on a public service broadcast. We had lots of concerns for this album, and we’ve worked very hard for it, and this win feels very precious because of that. We will work hard to become a group that will be not become arrogant, but be humble and practice more.” –SeungKwan
They hoped to show an improved SEVENTEEN through the album, and with the results, they are feeling very proud and thankful.
“The point of this performance is maturity. We’ve matured since the previous activities, and we wanted to show that we have also improved musically. The Choreography also contains features that you can feel that we have matured.” –S.Coups
The growing popularity of SEVENTEEN is more meaningful to the members because they are self-made idols. They wrote their own songs and created their own choreography since debut. This unique structure of SEVENTEEN has made their music very solid.
“The choreography of the title song ‘Boom Boom’ was created with choreographer hyungs. There are songs in the album that only us members worked on. We worked hard to prepare a performance that had more power and army-dance-like energy into it.” –Hoshi
Lastly, SEVENTEEN expressed their gratitude to their fans.
“We are really thankful. The reason we can conduct activities like this and win on music shows is all thanks to Carat. We are spending a warm winter thanks to the fans, and we’ll work to make you guys feel warm as well. Please continue to watch us.” -SeungKwan
