Do you like dancing or are you interested in watching dance choreography? If you are, you are definitely in the right place as today we will be looking deeper into choreography of K-Pop idol groups.

There are not many K-Pop idols who are trained in contemporary and modern dance. However, despite that being said, many K-Pop fans are still glad to see that their favorite idols are given a chance to show off their talents through dancing.

Not long ago, SEVENTEEN's The8 had released a contemporary dance performance for 'Falling Down'. The breathtaking and meaningful performance video had caught the attention of many. If you have yet to watch it, you can take a look below.

'Falling Down' was sang in Chinese and it is a song which talks about the emotions of how a person is trapped and tried to escape.

The opening of the dance already had caused many to gasp because of how The8 was seen running towards the camera and stopped suddenly as if there was something stopping him. He was also seen dancing with another dancer who were dressed in all black which suggests to many that he might be the person or 'thing' stopping The8 from escaping.

The next part which had caused many to gasp was probably the part where The8 was seen being 'trapped' by the 'voices in his head'.

He had broken free but still found himself falling back and deeper.

At that time the lyrics 'Why, why, why?' could be heard clearly, suggesting how The8 was also questioning himself as to why he was unable to escape.

He continues in an attempt to fight back and does his best to try and escape.

The dance movements were also impressive as he was seen doing floor work with the dancer.

Through the choreography, The8 had proved that he was not only capable of b-boy, martial arts and so on but also contemporary dance.

At one point, the spotlight was shone on The8 and he seemed as if he was really afraid and wanted to run away from it.

His raw emotions could be felt strongly and many who had seen the choreography also pointed out that they were able to understand the message even though they may not know Chinese.

It is hard to point out the best part of 'Falling Down' choreography but there are also many occasions where The8 had shown off his spins and kicks, causing many CARAT to be stunned over and over again.

At the end, The8 could be seen as if he 'falling' as he repeated the movements over and over again. The haze also seemed to be have added to the message which he was trying to convey.

Through this performance video, CARAT and many dance lovers could not help but be impressed by how amazing The8 had pulled off the choreography. His sincerity and emotions could be felt through the video and once again, proved that he is a true artist.
