SM Entertainment recently received quite a bit of criticism from SHINee fans.
The K-Pop entertainment agency began taking orders for this year’s seasons greetings package, and SHINee‘s seemed to be missing the name of one member who is unfortunately no longer with us in this world.
It turns out that JongHyun, who tragically passed away last year, was not included. This naturally didn’t sit well with SHINee fans. And the strangest part about all of this was that the packages for other SM idol groups such as EXO, Red Velvet, and etc. only had the group name written on them, not of individual members. But SHINee’s for some reason had both the group name and each individual members’ names on them as well. The names Onew, Key, MinHo, and TaeMin can be seen in the photo below.
What do you think of SM Entertainment’s decision to release the package in the way they did? Were they being careless?
