Super Junior’s KangIn Caught Assaulting His Girlfriend
After his bar fight and DUI incident, KangIn returns to the spotlight yet again for another misconduct. When will he come to his senses?
In September of 2009, Super Junior’s KangIn was caught in a physical altercation with two men at a bar in the Gangnam District of South Korea. CCTV footages showed KangIn and three members of his entourage throwing punches at two men. It was revealed through footages that the two men started the fight.
Just barely a month after the bar fight incident, the Super Junior member turned himself in after crashing a rented Mercedes into a taxi cab. Luckily, there were no serious injuries or casualties that occurred. Just when we thought he learned his lesson about DUI, he repeated the offense by driving his car into a lamp post right outside a convenience store.
The fact that these three incidents have damaged Super Junior’s and his reputation while greatly disappointing fans is an understatement. His career as an idol at this point seems to have no chance of recovering. Especially more so now after being caught assaulting his girlfriend on October 17th at a bar. However, it turns out that the woman has no intentions of pressing charges against him. This makes it his fourth public embarrassment and at a critical time for Super Junior as they are currently active with their recent comeback.
Netizens have said, “This guy needs to get himself checked into an alcoholic anonymous rehab program.”
Another has expressed, “His career is over, there’s no point trying to attract people’s interest in this manner.”
We sincerely hope that KangIn takes to reflect on his actions and comes to his senses before he actually hurts himself or others.
