On Jan. 10, Swing Entertainment announced that they will be refunding fans of X1, ONE IT for their official fanclub kit even after it was being sent out.
Since it was announced that the group had disbanded, many fans were left in despair and some also mentioned that they had wanted the refund for their fanclub kit.
As they would no longer be promoting as a group, some felt that it was only right for fans to receive their money back.
Swing Entertainment shared that after discussing for the most efficient way to carry out the process, they will be refunding ONE IT the full amount as well as the shipping fee.

Seeing the news, some fans shared that they do not want the refund but rather want to see X1 return as a whole. Many international ONE IT was also confused by the refund process since some had yet to even receive the fanclub kit.
