Since the disbandment of Korean boy group, Wanna One after their graduation concert on Jan. 27, Park JiHoon is the first member to fly solo to Taiwan for a fan meeting, making Taipei the first stop of his Asia Tour. Park JiHoon is set to bring Korean dance crew to Taiwan, delivering impeccable performances to all his fans and allowing all the “May” to “save the sweet memories in their hearts.”
Park JiHoon graduated from reality audition TV show “Produce 101″ Season 2 as first runner up, and has never dropped out of Top 3 throughout the show’s broadcast. From his first appearance alongside all 101 contestants during the performance of ‘Pick Me’, Park JiHoon was coined “Wink Boy”, thanks to his cute wink at the ending scene, which subsequently became a trending keyword search online. Park JiHoon, now 19, is indeed a child star and has appeared in multiple variety programmes, TV dramas and stage shows at younger age.
Last weekend (Feb. 9), Park JiHoon held his first fan meeting in Korea, and all 7000 tickets to his 2pm and 6pm shows were sold out within 1 minute. Fellow Wanna One members Yoon JiSung, Kim JaeHwan and Bae JinYoung made an appearance, and even Park JiHoon’s puppy, Max was there to show support!
Park JiHoon picks the same venue as Wanna One’s fan meeting back in 2017, which is 3/F of the National Taiwan University Sports Center, for his first solo Asia Tour, and promises to spend a wonderful evening filled with unexpected sweet moments with fans on Mar. 2, Saturday, in Taipei, bringing with him several songs.
