Previously being introduced to the K-Pop scene and K-Pop fans, the eight trainees begin promotions underneath the name ‘C9 Rookies’, where they would become recognized for their attractive and kind visuals paired with impressive talents and skills. Following the excitement of a new boy group, C9 Rookies would announce their new name, ‘EPEX’ and later debut on June 8th 2021 with their first EP album; ‘BIPOLAR Pt.1 ‘Prelude of Anxiety’, which reflected the feelings of youth, stories and experiences often felt within adolescence, while processing rumours and the meaning of freedom. Giving comfort to many fans, as ‘everyone lives with different anxieties,’ and a comforting message.

Since then, EPEX has had many impressive achievements over the years as artists, including being known for their range of songs that show off their impressive and ever-growing talents.

Currently celebrating and or gearing up to celebrate their 4th anniversary with their fans Zenith (제니스), would it be recently announced that EPEX has been announced as the promotional model for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s ‘Talk Talk Korea 2025’. EPEX also served as a promotional model for the ‘5th Korea Youth Day’ and the 23rd to 24th season of ‘D-League’.
