It is important to refrain from using false identities, impersonating others, or employing unauthorized usernames or passwords. We reserve the right to request a change of your username for any reason and may do so at any time.
You are responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and corresponding Member account information. You agree not to disclose your password to anyone. Additionally, you acknowledge that you bear full and sole responsibility for any and all activities or actions occurring under your Member account, regardless of whether you have authorized such activities or actions. It is your obligation to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your username, password, or Member account.
3. Content on the Website
All content available on this website, including images, documentation, support queries, and any other information, is the exclusive property of Kpopmap and may not be redistributed without prior permission or consent.
4. Proprietary Rights and Licenses
(1) Definitions
The Kpopmap Services offer various content and materials, including Content, Licensed Content, and User Content. For the purpose of these terms:
• "Content" refers to the collective text, data, graphics, images, videos, trademarks, logos, and other content (excluding User Content) provided through the Kpopmap Services.
• "Licensed Content" pertains to any content, including audio or video content, obtained from third-party content partners and made accessible through the Kpopmap Services.
• "User Content" encompasses the text, data, communications, images, photos, audio or video files, and other content and information that Members post, upload, or submit through the Kpopmap Services.
(2) User Content
While you retain full ownership of your User Content(Fan Article, Fan Interview, etc.), by uploading, posting, submitting, or transmitting any User Content to the Kpopmap Services, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and perpetual right and license. This license enables us, and our successors, to utilize, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, display, publish, perform, and transmit your User Content in connection with the Kpopmap Services and our business. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting and redistributing part or all of the Kpopmap Services (including derivative works) through any media channels and in any media formats. By granting this license, you affirm that you possess the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions for us to exercise the granted licenses.

The Kpopmap Services, Content, and any other content made available through the Kpopmap Services, including intellectual property rights, are owned by us and our licensors. Provided that you strictly adhere to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, and revocable license, under copyright, to utilize the Kpopmap Services and the Content.
(6) Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any content, including Content, User Content, through the Kpopmap Services. Additionally, We reserve the right to remove and permanently delete any Content from the Kpopmap Services without prior notice, for reasons we consider sufficient. We are not obliged to monitor User Content that are uploaded, posted, submitted, or transmitted using the Kpopmap Services, and therefore we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, legality, or applicability of such User Content, or any information provided by Members through the Kpopmap Services. We do not endorse any User Content, nor do we endorse any opinions, recommendations, or advice expressed therein. By using the Kpopmap Services, you agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against us in relation to such User Content.
5. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal
Kpopmap PRIME is offered as a subscription that automatically renews on the anniversary of the purchase date. Unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term.
Here are the important details regarding Kpopmap PRIME membership subscriptions:
• Subscription renewals are processed automatically on the anniversary of your initial purchase. The subscription will continue unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the 'Membership Account' page on the Kpopmap PRIME website.
• If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive updates and support for Kpopmap PRIME once your subscription expires.
• If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been canceled and your membership has expired, the current listed price for your membership type will apply. We cannot guarantee the application of older or legacy pricing to your new renewal purchase.
6. Plan Changes
Changing membership plans is not allowed. If you wish to change plans, you must first cancel your current subscription and then proceed to subscribe to a new plan.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
You have the option to cancel your Member Services at any time. If you have purchased a subscription to Member Services that automatically renews, you can cancel the subscription before the current billing period ends. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing period, unless otherwise communicated by Kpopmap. Please note that you will maintain access to the Member Services until the start of the next billing period, and no refund will be provided for the remaining days in your current billing period.
If Kpopmap determines that a user has violated the Membership Terms & Conditions, the subscription and access to Member Services may be terminated immediately and without notice or refund. If you wish to request a refund, please submit your request via [email protected]. Refunds will only be provided in the event of a defect in the PRIME content or service. We reserve the right to request proof from you in order to process a refund.
If your original purchase was made in a currency other than USD, please note that we cannot guarantee the exchange rate at the time of refund will be the same as the time of your purchase. The refund will be based on the USD amount of the purchase, which may result in a higher or lower amount of the currency you initially purchased being credited to your account.
8. Price Changes
The prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent. Please be aware that Kpopmap reserves the right to adjust the prices of its products at any time, and such changes may take effect without prior notification or the need for your consent.
9. Payment
We provide the ability to make payments through PayPal on our website. The payment processing service is provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., located at 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (referred to as "PayPal" hereafter).
