One particular area of Seoul, South Korea is becoming the hottest place for the real estate business due to the influence of world famous idol group BTS.
If you've ever visited Seoul or live in the city, you'd know that some of the places that many people often like to hang out in are Apgujeong, Sinsa, Samseong, Hongdae, and Itaewon.
Well, it seems that Itaewon's district, Yongsan, is currently on the rise, as there has also been a huge increase in the number of visitors from overseas coming to check out the area, especially international ARMY.
Ever since BTS's home agency, Big Hit Entertainment moved to the Yongsan district, many industry professionals have been predicting that Yongsan will soon be the hottest neighborhood in town, while Gangnam will become yesterday's news.
With BTS members also residing in Hannam the Hill, which also happens to be in Yongsan, the area is pretty much now as many people have been saying, the "BTS district".
The Hannam area is one of the richest parts of the neighborhood in the Yongsan district, as there is also another residency area for the rich, UN Village.
With Big Hit Entertainment headquarters standing high and mighty in the Yongsan district, many people have also been talking about how the area will transform in the years to come as well.

So as you can see, some areas are somewhat less developed.
However, as forecasts currently predict, it is likely that the area will soon be getting straight into competition mode and begin renovations.
And it's not just BTS and Big Hit Entertainment that anyone visiting the area can be interested in. There is also the popular neighborhood of Itaewon, perhaps the most international part of Seoul, as many foreigners reside or work in the area. The area also is one of the most active places at night as well due to several popular bars and clubs as well.
And of course, the Namsan Tower too is another popular place to visit during both the day and night, while some people regularly go for hikes and biking sessions as well.
With BTS too living in the neighborhood, it's not hard to see why so many people are interested in the Yongsan district of Seoul, South Korea.
