Many of us are looking forward to the 2020 dramas. The lineup of the new year sounds already exciting with interesting plots and the return of top Hallyu actors to the small screen.
Not long ago we published an article about the 12 dramas to wait for in 2020 and open a poll for you to share the drama you were the most looking forward to. Thank you all for voting!
Here are the 3 most awaited K-Dramas of 2020 according to you, Kpopmap reader.
1- “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” - 34.9%

It is definitely no surprise to see “Psycho But It’s Okay” as THE most awaited drama of 2020.
There is also a significant gap in voting with the 2nd drama of this list as it has more than twice its amount of vote. “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” would be the long-awaited return of actor Kim SooHyun if he accepts the offer. He is so famous that there would be no need to introduce him. The actor finished his military service and it would be his first drama in 5 years as his last drama was “The Producers” back in 2015. Many are eagerly waiting for his comeback.

2- "Love Alarm" Season 2 - 14.5%
Many are looking forward to the new season of the Netflix Original drama "Love Alarm" based on a popular webtoon with Kim SoHyun, Song Kang, and Jung GaRam. The season one left viewers with a cliffhanger and many are waiting to know the end of this love triangle.

Here is a list of the tvN dramas with the highest ratings up until now (all years) (updated article).
The drama "Crash Landing On You" (2019-2020) with Hyun Bin and Son YeJin makes tvN history by breaking the record of its highest ratings. With the final episode of the drama, the drama ratings reached 21.7%. The love story of the North Korean soldier and South Korean chaebol hooked the country.
2. "Queen of Tears" - 21.6%
The awaited K-Drama "Queen of Tears" (2024) with top Hallyu stars Kim SooHyun and Kim JiWon started with 5.9% and reached impressive ratings of 21.6% with episode 14. Viewers are hooked and the drama went viral for its story and amazing acting. It is still airing.
3. "Goblin" - 20.5%
The drama "Goblin" also titled "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God" aired in 2016-2017 starring Gong Yoo, Kim GoEun, Lee DongWook and more. In and out of Korea, the drama was extremely popular. There was definitely a "Goblin craze". The final episode of the drama reached its highest personal ratings at 20.5%.
