1. "Goblin" - Filming location spot in Gangneung

This is probably one of the most popular filming locations outside of Seoul, and it is worth visiting. The place is not necessarily too crowded, so you'll definitely have your chance to get your "Goblin" photoshoot. The place is located near a little beach, so you can also enjoy the surrounding area as you visit this filming location. Make sure you don't forget your little cake and red scarf, who knows, you might also have your goblin appear!

 

2. "Winter Sonata" - Nami Island

Nami Island is a bit more than an hour from Seoul by bus and is also a popular filming location for drama because of its aesthetic nature. Many paths on Nami Island are delimited by big and long trees all along the path, making it look like a place that comes right from a fantastic book. The Island is even prettier during autumn and spring with its full bloom nature or orange-shaded forest!

 

3. "A Shoulder To Cry On" - Songdo's Central Park

This location might not seem familiar to many people, but it was used in a few K-Dramas like recently in the BL Drama "A Shoulder To Cry On". The park also has some animal zones for rabbits and deer, so enjoy walking around the park. The park also includes a hotel made in Korean traditional home and temple style that is also open to the public to visit as it served as a filming site as well. 4. "Tale Of The Nine-Tailed" - Orangerie Cafe

This place has been used for various dramas such as "Tale of the Nine-Tailed" (2020) and "So I Married An Anti-Fan" (2021) and it is a botanical garden cafe, the biggest in Korea actually! Enjoy viewing a drama location as you sip on a delicious tea or coffee! And of course, enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds you as well.

 

5. "Alchemy Of Soul" - Goseokjeong

Some parts of "Alchemy Of Souls" might have been green screen effects, but not that place! Visit this mystical-looking pavilion and park that were used for "Alchemy Of Souls" or "Mystic Pop-Up Bar". In a second you will feel like you've switched to another world and dimension already. Take a deep breath and enjoy the view of the mesmerizing nature around you!
