Insa Art Space was established by the government to support artists who are experiencing financial difficulties. Opened on May 26th, 2000, the total exhibit maintenance fee is provided by the government. It is recognized as one of the more successful national art support policies. Through specialized archieves and workshop activities and continous researches, in 2005 Art Space started to develop artistic projects. And in 2006, collaborating with project consultants and publishing and marketing, the gallery develop stronger self-sufficient gallery. Currently, the gallery provides special exhibitions for authors and independent curators.
