TXT fans are quite unhappy at the moment as they feel that their idol group has been victims of racism at the recent iHeartRadio Wango Tango event.

The group performed three songs, ‘Crown’, Blue Orangeade’, and ‘Cat & Dog’ during this year’s Wango Tango, becoming the first K-Pop act ever to perform in the event’s lineup.

A photographer shouted over to TXT saying

“Pose like you’re Asian” and “Get close like you’re Asian”, triggering the fans. Below are some of the responses from fans. And to make matters worse, they pronounced the group’s name as “text”.

The management of Wango Tango have released an apology, regretting to inform that they themselves did not know who the photographer was, but assume that it was just a “bad” person.

However, fans have found the apology to be lacking in many ways, and described it as one written by a seven-year old.

Sounds like something Trump would say, not good at all. TXT deserves a decent apology.
