"Lovestruck in the City" is a romance web drama of KakaoTV released at the same time on Netflix. Ji ChangWook, Kim JiWon, Kim MinSeok, Ryu KyungSoo, and So JooYeon are the lead actors of this drama of a new style.

Here is a little sum-up of what happens in the drama before it. In the first episodes of the drama, Ji ChangWook (acting as Park JaeWon) and Kim JiWon (acting as Lee EunOh) fell passionately in love while they were out of Seoul on a trip. They got married and lived together for two months. However, instead of meeting in Seoul as she promised, Kim JiWon broke up with a message and disappeared from Ji ChangWook's life after stealing his camera.
Ji ChangWook can't go over the love of his life and this betrayal that he still can't understand.
In this scene of episode 8 which received a lot of attention from the viewers, Ji ChangWook went to drink alcohol (again) to forget his sorrow. Kim JiWon who secretly followed him entered the bar and sat at the table he was lying on.
Kim JiWon could only feel pain to see him in such a state because of her. When he saw her he thought she was a dream and confessed that he comes to the river every Saturday hoping to meet her. While she kept on telling him to forget about her, it is impossible for him. He is "day by day, dying a little more inside".
